Our facility offers a clean room and Oxy Acetylene torch, as well as CNC and manual automation capabilities.

At Nelgo Manufacturing our Fiber Laser has the ability to laser cut all yellow and reflective materials. We work with an expansive variety of metals, some of which include alloys, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, lead, light metal, nickel, stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, and many others. Our advanced equipment features press brake tonnage of 100 tons, and our machinery can cut metal sheets up to 4′ by 8′, with thickness that ranges from .020″ to .316″ and tolerances of ± .005″. We produce high quality fabrication, assembly, and welding with short lead times, typically ranging from just 4 to 5 weeks. Rush and emergency services are available when required, as we provide orders that range in volume from single prototypes to large, full scale production runs.
